The app store keeps asking for passwords maybe because you put the password settings of purchase and in app purchases on the status of always require which means that you are required to enter your password every time you purchase even if you ve already signed in with your apple id. If the problem that itunes keeps asking for password persists you have to reset your apple id which is the same with itunes account.

Require after 15 minutes if you entered your password within the last 15 minutes you won t be asked to enter your password again. Choose email authentication or answer security questions and click next. Click reset your password.
