Apple App Store Just Spins

This forces the apple app store to refresh and update instantly.

Apple app store just spins. Ive downloaded it ran it and it just goes to a white screen that says starting up and has the wheel underneath it running constantly. I m on ios 13 3 iphone 11 pro max. I did when i d first did it.

Go to settings icloud settings itunes app stores resign with your apple id. Sometimes i can download apps and sometimes after i hit get i just get a spinning grey circle and nothing happens. One tap controls but still very challenging.
