On your iphone or ipad go to settings itunes app store.

Best option would be for apple to buy this app and integrate it. Apple does not restrict app downloads by ip address and only does so by the app store region you re trying to access. Choose your country or region.

What this means is you can be physically located anywhere around the world and as long as your app store region is set to the location the geo graphically restricted app is available you can download it without any issues. When you re done just open the app store and you ll be able to download region locked games. Now sign in using your newly created apple id.

Tap change country or region. In the menu bar at the top of the screen or the top of the itunes window click account then click view my account. To do this find a free app that s locked to a u s.

On the account information page click change country or region. Sign in or verify with your touch or face id. Sign in with your apple id then click view account.
