Yes there isn t no app library feature in the latest ipados 14.
Edit app library ios 14. One of the most interesting additions that come with the ios 14 update is the new app library within this feature apple gives its users the option to move delete and hide unwanted pages of apps and clean up their home screen. Once you install ios 14 you ll find the app library to the right of your last home screen. The reason being apple hasn t included enough settings to tweak or customize the app library as per the user s preference.
And with widgets in the new ios 14 you can place those on your home screen instead. The new app library in ios 14 can be useful especially if you tend to download a lot of apps. A major new change that comes with ios 14 alongside home screen widgets is the iphone app library.
Go to the app library and tap the search field to open the list. Ios 14 is here and with it the app library on iphone. The feature offers a new way to manage the many apps you ve got with auto generated categories.
Touch and hold the app icon then tap delete app. In ios 14 and above downloaded apps automatically go into the app library instead. Now the app library will automatically store all of your apps to the right of your primary home screen.
However if you happen to dislike this new feature then there nothing much you can do about it. Tap delete again to confirm. Although it has taken quite a few features from ios 14 some are left behind.
Just keep swiping and you ll soon be there. To begin with there would be no emoji search the new translate app no weather or health app no car key feature and the biggest disappointment is the absence of the app library. However as it currently stands it s fairly limited.
