Our first app was approved as ready for sale on the 6th email from apple but has not yet appeared in the store and the status still shows in review. This is my first version of app. I developed ios app and i uploaded binary of my app on 19th august 2013.

Relaunch the app store and go to updates usually nothing will appear right now. Today 23rd august 2013 i got mail from apple saying that your app is ready for sale with green dot in my itunes connect. New comments cannot be posted and votes cannot be.

I have rolled an update with some bug fixes a day later the updated version got the status ready to sale and was available in app store updates within 6 hours.
